Compared with traditional activated alumina, Chemxin activated alumina (AA) has a surface area more than 20% higher, static water adsorption rate ≥ 20%, and laboratory dynamic water adsorption rate ≥ 18%. At the same time, the average regeneration heat of desorption of AA is relatively small when adsorbing the same amount of water. It can be fully regenerated using only compression waste heat. The adsorption capacity is larger in the same cycle, and the cycle life cycle is longer.
It has been verified in a large number of actual user cases that Chemxin high adsorption activated alumina is suitable for more energy-saving waste heat recovery zero gas consumption dryers and blast heat regeneration zero gas consumption dryers, and can stably obtain finished gas with a lower dew point.
For the pressure dew point requirement below -40℃, it is recommended to fill Chemxin AA, or to carry out combined filling.
For example, AA + zeolite molecular sieve, or AA + zeolite molecular sieve + silica gel and other products, can obtain the finished gas with a pressure dew point of -40℃ to -80℃.
